Dusty determined what we wanted for our closets and utility room, made the appropriate measurements, presented the designs and oversaw the installation. When we identified a minor problem with the installation, he had it corrected immediately.
Mary and Glenn worked together patiently to determine what we wanted for shading, and Glenn performed the actual installation. He identified and compensated for minor problems with the window framing, and he did the same with the manufacturing of one of the shades.
